Review and design, check the building schedule

Check the building location and map and figure out the surroundings such as wire and utility pole before using the heavy equipment

Check the boring data for the ground survey

Determine the building location, check N value based on the boring data, and set the goal torque

Determine the specifications of the steel pipe and set the quality, length, necessary quantity based on the boring data

Take pictures in every construction process and write a report with scanning materials

According to the consultation with the builder (about quality management, process control) (specify below)Arrangement of the flat pile: Write the plan on the basic pile core, the length of the pile per a one (upper length + lower length), the external diameter of the pile, and the height of the pile levee crown according to GL

Pile construction

Check the construction order, management figures, etc according to the construction plan.

Measurement of the construction result

STEP 7

Make sure the depth of the fore-end (whether the fore-end reached the layer) or the location of the pile core and steel bar.

Creation of the construction report

Attach the pictures of the construction and the actual measurement value after the building.
